Happy 4th of July! While Independence Day isn't really celebrated here in England (for obvious reasons), we were pleasantly surprised that the schools in the Cambridgeshire district (which included Brett's school) were going to celebrate America's Independence Day by offering an "American" lunch to the children. Needless to say, Brett was very excited to be able to eat a hot dog and lots of other things for lunch today. It was especially neat for Brett as he is the only American child in the his school so we kept telling him that they were doing the lunch to help him celebrate. ;o) We are really going to miss seeing the fireworks tonight -- so please enjoy viewing them for us.
Kendall's swollen, bruised face is getting a bit better. Hopefully by their birthday party with their friends next Wednesday, most of the signs from her accident will be gone.
Kendall & Kameron learned a new song at Playgroup today which they sang to me as soon as I picked them up. I thought you might enjoy hearing their little "English" accents. ;o)
